Radial Shockwave Therapy

Radial Shockwave Therapy (rSWT) is a non-invasive (non-surgical) therapeutic use of high intensity ultrasound waves. Treatment is delivered through a special hand piece to target a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, in particular, those involving areas where major connective tissue attaches to bone.

Instrument Soft Tissue Mobilization

IASTM uses specifically designed instruments meant to locate and manipulate soft tissue. If you have heard of Graston before, this is a similar technique. The aim of IASTM treatment methods are to trigger inflammatory healing. This can stimulate new collagen and less painful healing.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Active & Myofascial Release. Soft Tissue Therapy, also known as Myofasical Release or Active Release is tissue system/movement based massage technique that corrects issues with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesio taping (aka. kinesiology taping, or K-taping) has recently grown to be a popular therapeutic treatment. It is used to lessen discomfort and inflammation, relax fatigued muscles, and support movement. The tape’s special design enables it to actually increase the healing blood-flow and good (pain-fighting) nerve impulses in injured tissues.

Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic adjustment is an approach that manipulates the spine and joints to alleviate spinal discomfort. Adjustments involve the Chiropractor using controlled but quick motion to re-center a joint.

Medical Acupuncture/IMS

Acupuncture is a safe and effective way to reduce acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain and improve functional mobility, allowing you to return to your regular activities at a faster rate. Medical acupuncture involves inserting thin needles into the skin to target specific muscles and/or joints. By targeting these areas the clinician is able to induce different physiologic responses in the body, including pain inhibition.
